Every day in medical school is a challenge, both academically and socially. The heavy material, the social disconnectivity and the constant worry about the future can really get to you. In response to these challenges, the  idea of O’med began to take shape—a society designed to bridge the academic and social gaps that us and many others are experiencing.

Through O’med we sought to create a space where medical students could find guidance not only in their studies but also  in building meaningful connections.
